What to Send in WhatsApp

1. Date

One date or a range. Not fixed yet? Say "flexible" and we tell you which days are still open.

2. Number of guests

Adults and children, with the kids' ages — that decides the boat size and the life jackets we bring.

3. Hotel area

Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Uluwatu, Ubud… We use it to price the optional transfer to Serangan harbour and set the pick-up time.

4. Type of trip

Sunset or 4-hour coastal cruise, Nusa Penida day trip, Gili Islands, fishing, an event on board or overnight. See all charters.

8:00am – 8:00pm, seven days a week. Messages sent at night are answered first thing in the morning.

All charters depart from Serangan harbour — Dermaga apung, Serangan, Denpasar, Bali 80229. Approx. 15 min by car from Sanur, 25–35 min from Kuta or Nusa Dua.

Pick-up area

Optional private transfer from $50 — hotels and villas across south and central Bali: Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur and more. See all areas.

How quickly will you reply?
During working hours (8am–8pm, every day) we usually reply within the hour. Send your date, group size, hotel area and the kind of trip and we come back with boat options and a quote the same day.
Do you charge for a quote?
No — quotes are free. We confirm the boat options and exactly what is included before you commit, and only ask for a deposit once you decide to book and hold a date.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit holds your date once you choose a yacht, and the balance is paid before departure. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before departure; inside 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable. Nothing is prepaid through this website.
Which harbour will we leave from?
All charters depart from Serangan harbour — Dermaga apung, Serangan, Denpasar, Bali 80229. It is roughly 15 minutes by car from Sanur and 25–35 minutes from Kuta or Nusa Dua. A private hotel transfer can be added from $50.
Can I book from overseas before I arrive?
Yes — most guests book ahead from abroad over WhatsApp. We hold your date with a 50% deposit and confirm the details, so everything is set before you land in Bali.
