Getting to the Dock Across Town
The floating dock — Dermaga apung — is at Serangan, Denpasar 80229, reached from the Ngurah Rai bypass at the Serangan turning. From Renon or the city centre it is 15–25 minutes by car or scooter; we send the exact pin and parking notes with the booking. Most Denpasar guests drive themselves or take a Gojek. The private transfer from $50 exists for groups who want one vehicle from an office or a family house and is priced for Denpasar and the head count — it is never included in the charter rate.
Why the Dock Is Here and Not on Sanur Beach
Serangan sits on the calm south-east side of Bali with a direct run to open water, so boarding is sheltered and departures leave on time in both seasons. The beach at Sanur next door has traditional jukung and the public jetty for scheduled crossings; crewed motor yachts need a proper floating pontoon, and Serangan has one.
