Everything is listed in writing in your WhatsApp quote — the yacht, the hours and every add-on — and most celebrations leave Serangan harbour in the late afternoon so the toast lands at sunset.

Birthdays — adults and kids
The classic: friends and family on the flagship's two flybridges, your playlist or a DJ ($400 per trip), swim and snorkel stops in the afternoon and the cake at golden hour. The $200 decoration package covers balloons, the cake and birthday styling, so the deck is dressed before anyone boards. Kids' parties run as a calm morning cruise with snorkel stops in quiet bays. Proposals

Parties — bachelorette, bachelor & sunset
The flagship Accura 55 from $1,700 for 4 hours with a DJ and full sound rig ($400) into golden hour — up to 17 guests, the whole boat yours. Formats and package maths are on the yacht party page.
Anniversaries
A quiet 4-hour coastal cruise for two from $750, or the whole family out to Nusa Penida for the day — the crew handles the boat while you mark the occasion, and decoration in a romantic style is $200.
Corporate days
Team days and client hosting for up to 17 on the flagship Accura 55, with a clear schedule, snorkel stops and a DJ or drone videographer added by fixed price. Larger company? For 18 or more we run two yachts side by side. A full-day format with island stops is on the private day charter page.
One honest note: we don't run wedding ceremonies, and we don't sell catering or photographer packages. What we do well is the yacht, the crew, the route and the party — tell us the occasion and we'll say plainly what works on board.

A drone operator follows the yacht and the moment, and you get an edited reel of the day.
More of the day — from $50
A fishing package ($100), scuba with an instructor ($120 per person) or a private hotel transfer from $50, priced by area and vehicle.
Each add-on is a separate line in the quote, so you can drop or swap anything. The yacht, crew and fuel are always part of the charter price.
Timing Your Celebration Around Sunset
Sunset in Bali falls at about 6:05–6:20 pm from May to November and 6:40–6:50 pm in January and February. A sample 4-hour flagship evening (we shift it by month):
- 15:00 — guests arrive at Serangan harbour; the deck is already decorated.
- 15:30 — cast off and cruise the coast with music and soft drinks.
- 16:30 — swim stop in calm water, drone in the air if booked.
- ~18:10 — sunset: the toast, the cake or the question.
- 19:00 — back at the dock, transfers to hotels.
Daytime celebrations — birthday trips to Nusa Penida with snorkel stops — usually start between 8 and 9 am, when the sea is calmest.
Getting Guests to the Boat
Every charter leaves from Serangan harbour (Dermaga apung, Serangan, Denpasar). Approximate drive times, traffic dependent: Sanur ~15 min, Denpasar 15–25 min, Jimbaran 20–30 min, Kuta 25–35 min, Nusa Dua 25–35 min, Seminyak 35–50 min, Uluwatu 40–50 min, Canggu 50–70 min and Ubud 60–75 min.
A private transfer can be added from $50 — car, bus or premium Alphard, priced by guests, area and vehicle. If your guests are spread across several hotels, send the list and we suggest one meeting point when that saves time. Late-afternoon traffic around Kuta and Denpasar is the main risk to a sunset start, so pick-ups from Seminyak, Canggu and Ubud leave earlier.
