Every boat you hire comes with a licensed skipper and crew included. Which Yacht Suits Your Group?
- Accura 39 — couples and small groups. The 12 m entry point to the fleet: $750 for a 4-hour coastal cruise is the cheapest way to get a whole private yacht under up to 8 people. Divided by a full boat, that is roughly $94 per guest.
- Accura 49 — anglers and divers. Rigged for fishing and diving, up to 12 guests, and the lowest-priced yacht cleared for the 10-hour Gili Islands run at $3,600.
- Accura 48 — first-timers and Nusa Penida days. Our crews' usual recommendation for a first Nusa Penida day trip: $1,850 for 8 hours, up to 12 guests, stable and easy to move around.

Why Every Hire Comes With a Crew
Three practical reasons. Licensing: Indonesian rules require a certified skipper for passenger vessels, so a legitimate operator will never hand you the keys. Water: the Badung Strait between Bali and Nusa Penida has serious currents that locals read by eye. Insurance: passenger cover is only valid with the licensed crew aboard. A "cheap self-drive" offer is not a bargain — it is a boat with none of the above. The crew is not a cost to minimise; it is most of what you are paying for, and it is already in every price in the table.
Where You Pick the Boat Up
All four yachts depart from Serangan harbour (Dermaga apung, Serangan, Denpasar) on Bali's sheltered south-east coast. There is no harbour on the Bukit cliffs or the west coast surf beaches — if you are staying in Uluwatu or Canggu, you drive roughly 40–70 minutes to the dock, from Sanur it is about 15 minutes, and we time the boat to meet you. 4 Hours, 8 Hours or 10 Hours?
Charters price by the block, not the hour, and the minimum is 4 hours — there are no shorter trips. A 4-hour hire suits a sunset cruise, a morning fishing run or a photo-shoot along the coast. An 8-hour day unlocks the proper Nusa Penida route around Manta Point, Crystal Bay and the Kelingking cliffs. The 10-hour run reaches the Gili Islands, with an optional overnight where day two costs 50% of the 10-hour rate. For groups that want music and a dance floor more than miles covered, an events charter keeps the boat closer to shore and spends the budget on the DJ ($400) and decoration ($200) instead of fuel.
