The 4-hour coastal cruise is the cheapest way to get a yacht to yourselves for a swim and a snorkel — take it in the afternoon slot and it becomes our sunset cruise. The 8-hour day is what you book for Nusa Penida: the crossing takes about an hour each way depending on the sea, which still leaves a proper day of manta rays, cliffs and reefs.

An 8-Hour Nusa Penida Day: Sample Timing

  1. 07:30 Optional hotel pick-up (private transfer add-on, from $50).
  2. 08:30 Board at Serangan harbour, safety briefing, snorkel gear sized.
  3. 09:45 Arrive at Nusa Penida — first stop Manta Point.
  4. 11:30 Snorkel at Crystal Bay's calm, clear reef.
  5. 13:00 Anchor in a sheltered bay for lunch — bring your own or pre-arrange options with us.
  6. 14:00 Photo run past the Kelingking cliffs, swim or sunbathe on deck.
  7. 15:30 Head back across the strait.
  8. 16:30 Back at Serangan, drive to the hotel.

4-hour coastal option: on the water by 08:30, two swim and snorkel stops along the coast, back at the dock by 12:30 — before the afternoon wind picks up. Or take the same 4 hours in the sunset slot, approx. 14:30–18:30.

What is included in a private day charter?
The crewed yacht, fuel for the agreed route, welcome fruits, soft drinks, snorkel gear and safety equipment including life jackets. Add-ons are priced separately: fishing experience $100, scuba diving with instructor $120 per person, drone photo and video $350, yacht decoration $200, DJ $400 and private hotel transfer from $50. Everything is listed in writing before you pay a deposit.
How long is a day charter?
The minimum charter is 4 hours — the Bali coastal cruise from $750. The full-day option is the 8-hour Nusa Penida trip from $950. We do not run shorter trips or sell seats on group boats: every charter is a private whole-boat booking.
Where do day charters depart from?
All charters leave from Serangan harbour (Dermaga apung, Serangan, Denpasar) — approx. 15 minutes by car from Sanur and 25–35 minutes from Kuta or Nusa Dua. A private hotel transfer can be added from $50, priced by area, group size and vehicle.
Can we get to Nusa Penida on a day charter?
Yes — that is the 8-hour trip, from $950 on the Accura 39. Eight hours gives time for Manta Point, Crystal Bay and the Kelingking cliffs with proper snorkel stops. The 4-hour cruise stays along the Bali coast; the crossing makes Nusa Penida an 8-hour day.
Can we stay out for the sunset?
Yes. Take the 4-hour coastal cruise in the afternoon slot — approx. 14:30–18:30 — and it becomes our sunset cruise, or ask us to time an 8-hour Nusa Penida day so you come home under the colours.
Are day charters OK for children?
Yes. We carry child-size life jackets, snorkel stops are chosen in calm bays, and the Accura 48 gives the most settled deck and shade for families. Tell us the children's ages when you ask for a quote.
What if the weather turns bad?
If the skipper judges conditions unsafe, we move the charter to the next suitable day or refund it per our weather policy.

Approximate drive times to Serangan harbour; they depend on traffic, so we set your pick-up time when we confirm the booking. The private transfer is an optional add-on from $50, priced by area, group size and vehicle.
